ʺMayor Cicilline is desperately digging into his political bag of tricks to distract
people from the real issue in this race, which is how best to control spending,
reduce debt and keep taxes low. Mayor Cicilline is just another rubber stamp for
Nancy Pelosiʹs big government agenda. Itʹs sad to see him try to scare the
elderly in a weak attempt to change the subject. Social Security represents a
promise made to all Americans that if you work hard, you will have a safety net
when you are older or unable to work. I believe we should maintain that
promise.ʺ
